Fantastic oat latte. Love the donuts cause of its somewhat grainy texture. Super cute succulents and decor but no real seating. Just a small spot.

Everything here is delicious! The staff is fabulous and friendly. Great place to relax, meet friends, do work- they have free wifi, and grab something tasty .

Their coffee is fantastic and the barristas are really skilled. Their breakfast food: avocado / poached eggs on toast, Belgian Waffle are all excellent. Lots of space and it's both kids & pet friendly
The Honduras coffee is a must here.
The Mexican mocha was amazing. They have many different kinds of non dairy milks, like oat, almond, macadamia etc. Pet friendly and great staff.
Dog friendly coffee shop that gives to animal charity. The iced chai is really good here. Loved the outdoor space, great place to get some work done w your furry friend!

The matcha and service here are great! Matcha - they have ceremonial and lattes, plus all the milk alternatives you could want. 😅👌🏼 There are also a couple plant nurseries across the street! 🌿🌸
The incredible hulk is decent, not flavorful with matcha. Really pricey. The matcha croissant looks gorgeous but tasted less so. The space is beautiful.
2 of my favorite vendors are Soup Du Jar (soups, salads, dressing, overnight oats, etc.) and the bakery that has ham & cheese croissants topped with a cornichon! 🍲 🥐 🥗

The wait wasn't bad at all when we got there at 9am on Sat. I got the "sow my oats" pancakes and they were delicious, even the next day.

Come before they stop serving breakfast, and just order the salted caramel sticky pecan babka and the best breakfast sandwich in LA. Also grab a Stumptown cold brew to wash it down.

Atmosphere and interiors are better than the food, but the food is still fine.
Get a large iced coffee, raspberry flavouring, light ice & 2% milk. Blueberry Oat Bar or Cheese Danish. You won't regret it!
Always a long line but they move fast.
