They use real salt to sprinkle on the salted caramel flavour. Nice high quality (Himalayan?) salt. Heaven in a scoop!
Get the salted caramel ice cream and ask for sea salt sprinkled on top.
I'd recommend getting a single with two flavors as the double is huge. Tried the strawberry and the rose geranium with raspberry swirl. As a chocolate guy I was pleasantly surprised by both flavors.
