Creole omelette is so good.
Great alternative to Lynn's, still long wait lines. Fresh juice and the everything muffin with one of their omelets is great. If you are up for some carbs try the belgium waffle.
The creole omelet was a good choice. Just enough to fill you up and leave some room for comfort afterwards. Also the tomato bisque soup was a real treat. Oh and the lemonade lol!

Magical omelets!!! They whip up the eggs in a milkshake blender - so fluffy and tasty!!! The Monte Cristo was pretty good too...
Love the lemonade that is fresh squeezed at the Dupont Square location, so ordered it here at this location too. But it was not as good. However the omelet was perfect, and the grits were too.

First time here! Very comfortable, with friendly servers, and quite a selection of dishes. Try the Greek omelette and the Belgian waffle!
Great Avocado toast, DayGlow juice, super for lunch, breakfast, or brunch. Good Monte Cristo and kids menu.
Fresh Fruit Crepes are amazing!
Food was cold when served. The Baja Benedict had some flavor to it. Omelets were better elsewhere.

Cozy rooms. Lovely complimentary omelette breakfasts. Polite and attentive staff. WiFi is strong but bandwidth is lacking.
Agree staff is friendly but breakfast and WiFi leave a lot to be desired. Omelette's were greasy. WiFi signal frequently dropped and slow. Atrium noise obvious in my room on 5th floor.
Highly recommend your stay at embassy suites Louisville. Staff is over the top. Very clean. Very professional. Breakfast is the best. Rooms are fantastic

Super Chefs’ story is just as amazing as it’s food. I recommend the Bron Bron Burger for Super Chefs virgins. This was my second time here, and the attached picture is for the Ali Bomaye Burger.

The employees are absolutely fabulous! Especially the Sunday morning crew. I love all of the breakfast items and the tortilla encrusted flounder.
