It's all about choosing the right dishes here. Mussels were great, esp with some coco rice. Chicken in the mango salad was a bit chintzy, khao soi quite heavy.

One of the best meals outside of Asia I've had in the US. Adding this to my go-to list of awesome, unassuming restaurants in NYC. Get the sirloin and the coconut rice.

I'll definitely be going back...often. Coco custard and NY cheese were both phenomenal. Shop has a small window bar with stools...so don't expect seating. Easy to walk and eat to go though. Cute shop.
Quiet, open til midnight, best people, window seats & the very best pies. I wish I could bottle the smell of this tiny LES spot and bring it w/me when I need a pick me up. Coconut custard + tea 😋🤤

Awesome brunch - great for groups. Interesting decor, good service. Eggs Benedict was cooked perfectly, 3 eggs on small bits of toast & thin slices of ham. Fireball hot cocoa shot? Yes please.
The burger is definitely one of the best I've tasted. I ordered it rare and it was cooked perfectly. Also, the hot chocolate jägermeister shots are insanely delicious.
What a fabulous place. Strong cocktails and amazing food. My favorites are Grilled Cheese, Bacon and Tomato Soup Dumplings, Thai Shrimp and Chicken Meatballls. WOW!!
The mocha was recommended & it was basically more of a hot chocolate than a mocha. Cortado was solid though.
It's cash only. The sugar cured bacon was excellent. Blueberry pancakes not too impressed. Hot chocolate was alright. Raspberry ice tea unsweetened; was alright.
Worth the wait to get a table. Recommend going to Cocoa Bar for a couple of hot chocolates while waiting for your table. The waffle & pancakes with male butter is superb.
Have one savory dish & one sweet then SHARE. Never had pancakes as fluffy as these, waiters are nice, wait is 1-3hrs but they text you when you're table is ready so you don't have to wait outside 👌

Tres leches, chocolate and yeast donuts (especially with seasonal fruit!) are all the best doughnuts you will ever have in your life, and I doughnut tolerate any disagreement.

Had my birthday dinner/drinks at Jadis - perfect place to share a few bottles of wine, cheese, and cured meats with friends. The mushroom pastry puffs are awesome too.
Need to 'woo' your date? This romantic French spot is perfect and light on the wallet, get $4 glasses of wine from 5-7pm Tuesday - Saturday
The mozzarella, sweet basil and, tomato sandwich is fantastic with any of the red wines.
Great cocktails, nearly everything is made in house. Owner is great. This place is lively on the weekends, but dead early in the week. Come then for a quiet, amazing drink.
There is only ONE (unisex) bathroom so if you take too long, drunk people will try to hurt you.
The bathroom door here slides. I don't know how to process this.
