Very fun, very laid back steakhouse...have never had a bad item on the menu. It's only a short walk from the Buddy Holly museum and has live music on weekends.

The atmosphere was what I expected for Lubbock ( I live in Dallas) no frills about it. The self serve beans were awful, no spice or flavor and beans were hard. The cornbread brought was dry
However.....the loaded baked potato and steak was amazing!!!!! I'm hoping they just had an off night on beans and cornbread. It was a holiday weekend
Tremendous steaks and atmosphere. You can taste the hickory and the preparation is perfect. Met the owner, great guy and family business.
December 18th all you can eat turkeu, dressing,mash potatoes, green beans, corn,yamscollard greens,cabbage,rolls,cornbread,and a dessert for 11.99 when they say All you can eat- they mean all!
Wonderful food. I had baked BBQ chicken,collard greens, sweet yams and peach cobbler with vanilla ice cream for dessert. My wife had fried catfish, mashed potatoes with cream gravy, and fried okra.
Everything is so good here! The portions are huge and the prices are cheap! Great southern style food!
