I have no idea how taco bell stays in buisness in Lubbock - why would anyone go there if you could to Taco Villa? I wish Taco Villa would come to Houston

Rosa's Cafe is pretty pricey, but is very delicious! The taco plate, bean & cheese burritos, taco salad, queso, and chicken fajitas are some of my favorites.
Tuesdays are meant for Tacos! $3.69 for a three taco plate all day every Tuesday.

Delicious! Had chiles rellenos and a house margarita -- so good! Our server, Britney, was prompt, upbeat, and fantastic overall, and everyone liked their meals.

Yummy hot tortillas! Put the honey on them! Try the enchiladas with quest instead of chile con carne. Vegetarians will love! They need Jupiña.

One of my personal favorites for Lubbock brunch, this place also sports a decent bar in the back. Definitely get the crepes or the burger if you're eating.
