I got a ticket online and was put into theater 10, my movie was in 9... Once this was realized my movie had already started, I wasn't refunded or any compensation. I just got moved to a different time

This place is terrible. Movies get cut off, and sound doesnt work somtimes in certain rooms. If only there was an Edwards theatre here in Lubbock.

New, close to campus, clean, friendly staff, and a lot of Texas Tech spirit makes this one of the better Whataburger experiences I've had. However it is like the ice planet Hoth.
They sure do take their time making your burger here. Good thing they don't have a drive through or I would have gone through a whole tank of gas.
