It's amazing inside; wonderful tribute to Buddy Holly. Love the little glasses pin I got in the gift shop!
Very fun, very laid back steakhouse...have never had a bad item on the menu. It's only a short walk from the Buddy Holly museum and has live music on weekends.

I had an espresso (a blend) & a filter coffee. The espresso was dialed in & pulled nicely, a very balanced shot, nothing crazy. The filter was a simple cup. Very nice Barista on bar.
