Trust me: You'll love it! I lived in Japan a year & this is in my top five sushi places. Love the simplicity and the warm rice with delicate sauces. Just TRUST Nozawa! He does it uniquely right!
First timers should always try the "Trust me" - a great assortment sampler - a perfect meal. Then, I also recommend the large scallop sushi and the eel. Did you know Nozawa makes his own Soy Sauce!
Sushi & service were amazing. Sit at the bar and enjoy the atmosphere. Una KYU was off the chain. Also get the spicy tuna on crispy rice. Janice, the hostess, is awesome! Found my neighborhood place!
My favorite Japanese Restaurant. Amazing Sushi-big fish/little rice (perfectly seasoned sushi rice). Great lunch specials. Japanese food done right. Tastes like my Mom made it! Owners are lovely.

Order the monkfish liver nigiri. It's almost always available and has been very good everytime I've had it. So fresh and so clean.
Best sushi. Try the Lisa roll. Have recommended to all my friends and now they always order it b/c it's a hit.
Get the Baked Salmon Roll. Healthy-mate Box is a pretty good deal, go for the cucumber salad, but ask for extra dressing.

The chicken karaage is really outstanding. Hard to find this dish at most Japanese restaurants but they pull it off nicely!

Incredible beer selection of crafts, stouts and seasonal ciders. The happy hour has a great mix of pizzas, sliders and appetizers.

The fried shrimp is to die for! Its been about 12 years but to me it tastes like the real thing! Good tartar sauce too! I get no coleslaw. The slaw ain't bad tho!
