Marta Troicka: The white chocolate + berries ganache with the almond crusted french toast: damn!! Also, the UPMA has an interesting pickled lime thing going on. A big yet cozy space, perfect for an early morning.
Ed: Cured fish, eggs and corn fritters. Good architecture magazines too
Juergen Bowe: Nicely hidden away with cool interior - the sodas from mineral springs are nice

Di Kelli Bridal: Really enjoyed the lunch buffett here. Great food and atmosphere.
Sho' Nuff: Check-in under the pseudonym 'Chuck Norris' and get a handwritten welcome note from Megan.
Travellerspoint.com: Try the buffet breakfast at Melba restaurant. With a spread to satisfy the hungriest tummies and views across the Yarra River, this is a must-do in Melbourne. Also try: the chocolate fountain!
Jacqui B: Beautiful views from the Cathedral Tower, and the King suite is absolutely palatial!
c0uP: The power points are ridiculously far from the bed; ask the front desk for an extension cord
Amanda Li: Park Hyatt Melb can be polarising. Some find the decor dated & prefer newer hotels like Crown. But I love the service, quality & attention to detail at Park. To me it's the best in Melb, hands down.

Sigrid de Castella: Always delicious and sometimes challenging your taste buds, the food is always 2hats and the desserts are completely amazing. Got the salmon tartare, the flinders lamb and the desert plate.
Sigrid de Castella: Everything is generally great here ... the two course lunch special is especially great value.
