Double smoked pork belly with coriander slaw on a brioche, yum! Reuben is popular but I like the pork belly way more. The mac & cheese were great, same as pumpkin chocolate brownie yum!
Awesome American-style burgers. Highly recommend the bourbon and five-cheese macaroni and cheese on your burger as well.

Absolutely a must do on you're next burger mission. The buns are soft the meat juicy and full of flavour. I have a triple bbq bacon cheese... my mouth waters thinking about it.
had the maiden's mood with lobster mac and cheese, was more than we could eat, they even let us take the left overs.
The aged brisket is absolutely flavorful and soft. Goes well with the grilled Brussel sprouts. And the venue adds a little mysterious feel to it.

If you like beer you must make a pilgrimage to The Local Taphouse. 2 bars of 20 taps each, updated regularly, more in bottles. These guys are the cutting edge of beer in Aust. Restaurant is great too!

Only place in Melbourne with liquid nitrogen on tap ensuring an ice cold. Ginger beer is another feature. My pick for best bar in Melbourne. No sign so look for a timber door with a brass handle.
Fantastic Texas BBQ & Sides. Lamb Ribs & Brisket are the best. But you really can't go wrong here, nice bar too boot. One of my favorite places in Melbourne. Best slaw & smoked lamb in the area.
Bartender seemed shattered when we walked in the door. Won't be going back - not even for Bruce Springsteen tribute night

Book for the restaurant, or grab a table on the terrace for the bar menu - think burger, pizza, great meatballs and rocket and blood orange salad. The awesome Crab Spaghettini is in the restaurant.
Fatto is goodo. Great Negronis. Always friendly service. Excellent food.
Love this place!! Try the meats and cheeses to start, followed by crab spaghettini and then any of the amazing desserts! Great service and best view in Melbourne!
The lamb is fantastic! With side of chips and greens is not to miss!

Suckling pig/pork belly was delicious. Also tried one of every dessert, our favourite was the berry trifle and golden gaytime!
Always delicious and sometimes challenging your taste buds, the food is always 2hats and the desserts are completely amazing. Got the salmon tartare, the flinders lamb and the desert plate.
Everything is generally great here ... the two course lunch special is especially great value.
Had a wonderful breaky. I had the ricotta pancakes. Great service and even consistent. Recommend.

Park Hyatt Melb can be polarising. Some find the decor dated & prefer newer hotels like Crown. But I love the service, quality & attention to detail at Park. To me it's the best in Melb, hands down.

Cheeseburger is amazing. Great flavours/brioche bun and perfectly cooked medium rare patty. Chilli cheese fries had actual chunky pieces of steak in it as well.
