Neither server nor manager at Prime 112 in South Beach knew where the Chilean sea bass was sourced or if it was fished sustainably.
Celeb frequented and locally hyped establishment that's legendary for it's succulent steaks, lobster mac n' cheese, and fried red velvet cake. While pricey, it's well worth the dinero in South Beach

Outside seating is beautiful, although too hot for August. Although busy, Nate was attentive and friendly. Fab food! Try their salmon and swordfish for entrees and the tuna for appetizer.

The Branzino fish served with Truffle Polenta rocked my world. I started with Blue Point Oysters & they were delicious. The feeling there wasn't stuffy or pretentious. The look is rustic-contemporary.
