It goes without saying that the bread bowls are spectacular. In the morning I love to stop and get the super fruit smoothie and the Mediterranean egg white sandwich. It's delicious.

People who love their protein powders and supplements in their smoothie would appreciate this place. But people like me who just want a delicious fresh smoothie should look elsewhere.
Post workout, get the gladiator with muscle builder: chocolate, banana and peanut butter... Love!
Expensive and confusing but nothing beats a packed smoothie when you're sick or just want a fruit fix. The people here are kind of assholes but it makes sense being in South Beach.
