Breakfast quality declined. Crappier selection than was previously offered a year ago. Platinum recognition though - nice upgrade to corner suite.
Much better than standard airline lounges. Good kids room. Schedule a 15-minute massage. Food is excellent, including the honey fried chicken and lemon ricotta pancakes.
