I dream about the ham croquettes and the tres leches cake from this great airport stop. The Cafe on Calle Ocho is a must on a Miami visit.
The ham and cheese empanadas are the best. If your in the airport early make sure to try them especially when they are fresh and warm. This is also a great place to practice your Spanish too.
There's nothing like a shot or ten of Cuban coffee at Versailles. Cuban sandwiches and lots of clamor en Español. And, if the line's too long at one, there are two others.

Sushi maki serves breakfast. Also have a breakfast sandwich to go. Eggs, ham, cheese on whole wheat toast. A healthy option among the pastries.
