The Fabada Asturiana (faba beans w/Serrano ham & Sausage) and Pulpo a La Gallega (octopus in paprika & olive oil) were wonderful. (Skip the boquerones en vinagre – anchovies in vinegar.
Ask for the "Tapas" menu (they usually don't give it unless you ask) and get any of those items, they are all excellent, very Spanish authentic. You can't skip desserts, they are delicious as well.

Cozy white-tablecloth veteran in Little Havana. NOT remotely a Cuban restaurant, BTW. Here the food is from Spain, especially the north of Spain. Tasty tapas, & try the veal in cabrales cheese sauce.

This restaurant inside a citgo station has a better wine selection than most restaurants in coral gables or sobe. The owner is a true oenophile. This means u can find a grange or a latour here.
My Cuzin is the excutive chef here....food is Very good, and try there Brunch on Sundays, it's Buffet:-)

The beer cheese soup is phenomenal! I also recommend the french onion soup and escargot.
What a great place! Music on weekends and will get packed for dinners so make reservations. It is small but for holidays they tend to have specialized menus.

I went with the bf and we had the beer cheese with pretzel and that was really good! It was tasty and delicious. We also had the prime sirloin burger and it was great! service wasn't great though

The pastelito de guayaba here is 100 - toasty with just the right crunch. Get two (ya que estas aquí) and chase em with a cafe con leche.

This place is the real Cuban deal. You have the option of having your café con leche made with evaporated milk and the pastelitos are delicious!
The food is good and there is a nice view by the window. Good service for the most part as well.
Get a table outside and order the churasco. Tres or quatro leches for dessert is a must. Awesome place.
Emerald fish was very good. Chimichurri is excellent as well.
