Tapas, service, wine list is huge, morcillas, callos a la madrileña, cochinillo, jamon iberico pata negra, quesos, tinto de verano.
The tasting menu is awesome. I suggest the classic pairing (a cocktail, a sake, a white wine and a red wine).
For starter the best is the "Jamon de bellota", will prepare you for an amazing evening. But If you really wanna end up with a big smile in your face, "mousse de chocolate". You will thank me later..
Ambiance was lovely outside. Cesar salad presentation was so unique and cut at the table-the dressing was excellent! Definitely recommend the salmon/hors d’oeuvres! Easy to accommodate a large crowd!
