Lisette Berumen: OMG where do I start. A must: homestead tomatoes for sure, then an amazing pasta carbonara with smoked bacon and white truffle. And for desert definitively a "breakfast" cocoa puff mousse! Yummy!
Gables Maven: Homestead tomatoes, maiz asado, & pasta carbonara are a must. Also enjoyed the pig ear tacos, bone marrow and pork belly bun. Brussel sprouts were not for me.
