Great lattes and they have oat milk. The large iced oat mocha saved me on this insanely hot day. But they don’t have any outlets. A great place for meeting but not necessarily for working.

Super high quality, delicious espresso drinks. Haven't tried the brewed coffee...I just couldn't bring myself to pay $4 for a cup. Nice little seating area outside, too.
Excellent latte up to Blue Bottle and Stumptown standards. Add the extra shot for a buck. Love that they use an IPad for checkout!

Specialty lattes are insane! Bottled Stumptown. Food is delicious. Brunch blintzes are crazy rich, so share them. Portions are generous. Seating is always available and the counterfolk are lovely. 👍
LOVE LOVE LOVE the French Morning Muffin and the Banana Chocolate Muffin. Each bite of both is like a small morsel of heavenly sweetness.... when paired with a latte.
Its a cool place but the coffee is kinda bitter. Don't order an extra shot in your latte. Keep it light

Waffle puffs, omg (California Dreamin'), served with sriracha mayo and real maple syrup, hard to decide which was better. Competes for best breakfast in L.A. Also had a really good latte.
