Decent place though I do think is slightly overpriced. Doesn't spend much time on massage and some techs put in more effort doing it than others. There are places that offer better value overall.

The massage is great, but they require you to leave a mandatory 40% tip & will question you at check out how much did you leave and shame you for leaving less. Eventually, they refuse to serve you.
