Don't be put off by the long queue: these guys process customers FAST, and the classic catfish sandwiches are incredible. Going back for the pulled pork, and think I may plan a vacation in Cambodia!

Basically random pick something in their menu and that would not be a bad choice. Suggest the catfish and pho.
Get booth in bk of this hip & zen SE Asian. My faves: Clay pot shrimp, crispy spring rolls, spare ribs on sugar cane, hand cut daikon cake, & Chinese broccoli. FiDi & HK offshoots are just as cool!
