Cate Dunn: Ask for an outside table-there is a hidden patio upstairs in the back with table service. Always ask for the special list, order the nachos, and enjoy a beer from a constantly changing rotation.
Brew York: Carved out of the back of another bar, this craft beer spot is an oasis in the vast wasteland of generic Midtown after-work bars. Check out the patio upstairs.
Sinking Ship Records: The bartenders are cute - and they like to chat. So treat them well. It's not uncommon to get a couple drinks knocked off your bill! Consider it a challenge.

Richard Crismale: The staff is very friendly. Also, if you visit their enough they remember your name & drink(s) which helps speed up the coffee fix process!
Jana: I disagree with Pen. This is one of the best Starbucks in the city. Very friendly and organized.
Juan Carlos Lopez: The manager should be there at peak hours to control the staff. Those guys just chat and play among them, they should instead pay attention to their consumers.
