katwiththek: Hidden gem in midtown east for fresh chirashi bowl. Ask for daily special, get seated by the bar. Friendly host and attentive staff. If you come on Sat nights, they may even have live jazz music.
Jeff Liu: Great value for chirashi bowls, which are massive. Fancier options such as uni or toro also available sometimes.
