Chicken Pietro is a winner. The NY Strip is also surprisingly just as good as you'll get at the beat steakhouse.

Fantastic breakfast. Highlight include the lemon poppyseed pancakes, the parmesan eggs, and the bacon. Check out the second floor of the hotel for great views and large conference rooms.
I'm overwhelmed at the size and fabulousness of my room. A private terrace? In NYC? Overlooking the library? Yes please.
Smaller plates include the roasted lemon chicken on tarragon and couscous ($11). Among the larger entrees and sandwiches, try poached fish with mint salad ($20) or the pulled-pork sandwich ($10). Read more.
Such a great outdoor restaurant. I find myself coming here more and more. Reservations needed with the exception of the covered bar area. Cranberry chicken salad wrap is on point!
An outstanding find in Little Brazil! Delicious food (order from a menu) and very reasonable prices for the area.
The beer list is great and so is the food - try the chicken club sandwich with red peppers...the pork belly is also very tasty
One of my favorite restaurants in NY! Spectacular food, classic old Italian ambiance. Worth the price, but it's not for you if you're looking for something quick and/or quiet (like I said, Italian...)
