Adrian L: My favorite ramen joint in NYC. Kuro ramen is delicious, as is the hakata spicy ramen. They now have cheese gyoza served with tomato sauce, interesting combo!
What's Good Here: The tuna and corn gyoza is very good and a refreshing change from pork.
Marc: TimeOut #9 Ramen: "The best way to taste it is in the ma-yu ramen, There’s also a less sweat-inducing option—chewy chilled noodles, w/a side of soba for dipping—and add-ons like mini pork gyoza"
