Todd Lynch: Best ramen in NYC, hands down. Broth is excellent. Known for their tonkotsu but miso and shouyu are great too.
Mari Abe: Yes I know tonkotsu is great but miso and shoyu deserve love too. And hello? Why hasn't anyone mentioned the gyoza? They are legit. Order 10.
Dana Tedesco: Tonkatsu Miso Ramen w/ two free toppings during lunch! But be careful of the crispy fried chipped garlic. I killed everyone on the plane ride home, but it was soooo worth it to keep adding to my soup!
