Arrived at 10am Sunday, seated at 10:30, started eating at 11:15. Ate the smoked salmon scrambled eggs and they were perfect! Also enjoyed the four-flower juice and English muffin.
The yogurt and fruit and basket of muffins is delicious and refreshing.

Beautiful, simple design fitting the Midtown East and diplomat crowd well. Seats about 15 between the communal, table, bench & coffee bar. Stumptown coffee served right. Pastries looked good too.

Best espresso in midtown, great pastries, muffins, and cookies, and a always friendly / never snarky staff. Just don't get elbowed by a Greenwich suit trying to get his liquid sugar.

Not only do they give you a free sample when you walk in but they're super nice! Be sure to buy what you can't get anywhere else! You really do feel like a kid picking out what you want.
Banana/Fig muffin is so good. Try the ice coffee with almond milk and then if you want more take a couple of mini brownies home or just sit and relax with FREE Wi-Fi and FREE coffee refills.
The mushroom and gruyere quiche is delicious. Try the mixed berry tart for dessert.

Good greasy spoon. Old fashioned narrow place with good burgers. Fries are good too! Plus they carry Boylan's!
