Great coffee, wifi is free again (good decision!), awesome location. Smoked Salmon on sourdough or a bagel is great. Cheesecake brownie is also amazing.

White Chocolate Frappe is delicious, you must try it! The baristas are very friendly and will occasionally strike up a short convo when they aren't busy. I'd choose Alterra over Starbucks any day.

The pork sandwich at lunch was great, tender pork, crispy breading, great bun and tasty condiments.

Egg flat bread was scrumptious. Kale and beet salad was tender, not chewey, and lightly dressed. Grilled shrimp were tender, not rubbery. Great food. Waitstaff made several mistakes.
