Get the Fried Chicken and all the sauces. Ceviche was great & it came with house-made saltines. The saltines were fantastic! You read that right. Saltines! Sat at the bar and the staff was wonderful.

The brunch was stupendous! Red velvet pancakes, Buttermilk Blues pancakes, and berries French toast were all fantastic!
Not to detract from the short rib and bacon confit, but the Breadsmith pretzel bun on the Manhattan 2.0 burger stole the show. Don't forget to order an IPA from the extensive beer list.
My girl works in the kitchen. Peanut butter burger is to die for. They have really cool meat hooks from the ceiling, super trendy.

I have been impressed with everything I have sipped or tasted at Insight Brewery. I really like the Troll Way IPA, the Phantom Taxi, a 9.5℅ double IPA is to die for and the Hop-Smack is amazing too.
