My local coffee house... Good drip coffee, and some interesting sights and sounds. Convenient to downtown and a nice place.

The most cliché upscale bar in Monterey. BE SURE TO GET THE PINEAPPLE MOJITO! They make their own pineapple liquor for this.

Pho & chicken wings are very tasty & authentic! Very reasonably priced with helpful staff! Small place but worth trying! Will love to go there again as I was missing their food the next morning!

Edges out First Awakenings for the best breakfast in Monterey. My favorite? The Italian Omelette, a delicious cheesy omelette, topped w/ pasta sauce and Italian Sausage + potatoes on the side! Yum!!
One of my favorite restaurants. The staff are very friendly and have been there for years. Casual atmosphere, breakfast and the scrumptious cakes are best..

Really good foods....but they use a lot of rice for the filler, ask for light rice. Unless then you are in to that kind of thing....then, whatever.

Great breakfast spot. Sourdough French toast was delicious. The staff are friendly and even though they’ve got a small space, they put out food VERY quickly.
French Toast portion is very small for the price.
Service has become very poor. My food sat for 5min before i finally asked the server if it was mine. She was to busy flirting with a guy at the bar and showing off her tattooed shoulder to the world.

Prawn cocktail and crab cocktail to start, followed by cups of clam chowder and bread. All with an ocean view. Perfect light lunch.
