Great vegetarian rolls - especially the végé tempura!
I like most of the thing here! They were really fresh!
KYO is the newcomer: You pretty much can’t go wrong with their menu, especially if you order the Gaijin maki rolls (caramelized onions, tempura cheese, avocado, spicy mayo, and beef sashimi).
Tasty sushi/sashimi and seriously really good miso soup. I really liked this place!
Try the Pomelo Old Fashioned! Great twist to the classic!

Pricey for so-so food. Service was slow if dining in (takeaway gets priority). Limited gluten-free selection; most contains tempura. Bubble tea is slushie but can be made non-sucre.

Favourite dishes: Avocado, tomato + fried cheddar salad, the octopus tempura appetizer. For dessert, the fried Mars Bar or the homemade doughnuts w cream cheese whip cream. AMAZING!
Lobster poutine, duck breast with chorizo and fois-gras and deep fried mars bar... Awesome!

The poutine General Tao is delicious!!! Definitely a must try there and the service was really nice and casual.

Saiko is a must visit place for sushi lovers. Sit at the bar and start talking to Naoki, the sushi chef. He serves up custom pieces to your palate if you order omakase. Try Shin-ichi's "My Life" too.

The food is good. Good spot to celebrate a birthday or a dinner in a large group. In summer, book the terrace. Too bad, the service is poor.
Amazing tuna tartar and Caesars salad...both prepared table side...fun to watch them being made right in front of you.

Great hotel. Good location and good service. Easy to uber in and out to everywhere given that there aren't any hotels on/around St-Laurent.
The hotel doesn't offer much as far as a late night menu if you get the munchies after staggering in past all decent hours, but just ask the concierge to share a list of late-night delivery options. Read more.
