Clifton M: Fabulous roasted chicken. The veal is awesome too. Decent wine list. More casual than Vincent's next door. Another one within easy walking distance.
CultureMap Houston: Call it "Mandolaland" — Nino's shares a parking lot with sister restaurants Vincent's and Grappino.
Christy Landes: Better food than rating indicates. Ask for Eddie and get outstanding service. Calamari app is different take. Fish specials are usually excellent. Great pizza too!

John Sanchez: If you come here often enough you might just get mugged. Don't worry it's a good thing! The owner presents you with a Firkin mug with your name etched into it. *not a foursquare special.
