One of the best (and only) places to get a bagel and lox around here. The fresh bagels they use from their neighbors, Bagel Face Bakery, are the best bagels in Nashville.
You literally can't go wrong with any of the sandwiches here. My personal favorite is the turkey avocado!

If you're hungry, you have to try the Fishy Bomb. It's excellent. Smoked salmon on a bagel with red onions, cream cheese, lettuce, and capers. You can't beat it.
Yum! Great food and drinks, and they were fast on a busy Sunday morning! Local latte made with local honey and the smoked salmon scramble were both awesome!
Substitute Lox with Nova on any of the Lox dishes, if you prefer something less salty.

The pastries here are all amazing! In terms of meals the Bongo Basic is the go-to for me. Really cheap for a ton of great tasting food. For coffee, I recommend the Mocha or a Mochahontas.

Breakfast brunch is amazing! They have food that everyone will enjoy and their outdoor space is great. Try the Rose Cider instead of a mimosa!
They have some good beers on tap. Kentucky Bourbon Ale is fantastic.

I like to go for lunch so that I have room for my entire meal. The eggplant parmesan sandwich, pasta salad, coffee and tiramisu is my go-to lunch.
The 2012 Black Ale is excellent. If you love Yazoo Sly Rye you'll like this!
