Lots of free film screenings here and a great little bar that stays open during most screenings. Get a snack from the food coop across the way and then buy an Abita from the bar and enjoy!

Amazing view. Great location! Right next to the Mississippi river and close the the French quarter. excellent rooms and wonderful showers! I'd stay here every time I go to NOLA.

Visit Marie Laveau's grave.. the one with tons of XXX marks that people have drawn for luck. H. Plessy (Plessy vs. Ferguson) is also here. Court case resulted in separate but equal segregation laws.
This is the hotel where all the movie stars, producers, etc. stay when filming in NOLA. If you're star searching go hang out in the Sazerac Lounge in the evenings.
I love this place, traditional, very well kept, Sazerac bar and the drinks were outstanding, bed super comfy. Great location.
