Cozy but delicious spot to grab some Chinese food. The dumplings (boiled or fried) are pretty awesome. I had ramen with shrimp dumplings and it was way too much food with spring rolls!
This place is called Wonton Noodle Garden. Same location as the old Wonton Garden. Different owners. The previous Wonton Garden people move a block away, to Mulberry St, to HK Wonton Garden.
Don't mistake this place for HK Wonton Garden. The noodles and wontons are amazing for any day. They're open really late, so my friend thinks it makes great drunk food.
The food is delicious! For the desert, the Chocolate Wave is great but huge! 3 people can share.
Class class class. High end restaurant, a locals-only hangout, and a must see in New York.
For you cheap-os complaining about the automatic gratuity and it being so "high". Newsflash. This isn't South Dakota. Cost of living sucks here and tourists tip shit or not at all. 18% is very fair!
This is my favorite place for inexpensive food and drink in NYC. Onion loaf is tasty and the chili burger goes down nicely with a frozen drink. Not fine dining but hits the spot with a drink or two.
When hungry, tell the waitress what you would like to eat and they'll bring it to you when ready.
