Gabriel Hayes: The mochi tempura is a great dessert. A fried red bean mochi topped with green tea ice cream, créme anglais and micro cilantro.
Tanya: Good ramen, but even better sushi and buns. Everything was ridiculously fresh, down to their avocados. Slow, but polite, service.
The Wall Street Journal: Ramen varieties include the Shiromaru Hakata, flavored by the soft fatty jowl and thinly sliced red pickled ginger, and Wasabi Shoyu Ramen, a vegetable- and chicken-based soup with wasabi-infused oil. Read more.

Anna Kvernplassen: Great food, had the vegan bowl.
Patrick Lawson: Bruh. The pork belly bun was amazing. The noodles were alright.
Brian Strauss: Really good noodles of course. But it’s the, dare I say, fusion of Asian and European flavors that distinguish this place. Loved the lemon pepper lobster noodles and the Shishitos with romesco.

Karen Dugan: Everything is good here. The service is quick and the food is delicious and beautifully presented. The vibe is chill. The only draw back is that it’s a hot space all around. Hope they fix that.
Eden B: The pickled wood ear mushroom salad is absolutely amazing!!! It's an elevated version of the classic dish. The Drunken Noodle was in a hot broth and spicy. The MJM is a cold noodle with no broth.
Paul Sunghan Kim: Fancy interior, authentic food
Jin Moon: Taiwanese beef noodle soup is SOooOo good! Its even better if you make it spicy! It's so exciting because its the only Chinese style food in Chelsea! Also, the people who work there are really nice!
Paul Kardous: Good chew to the noodles, and nice flavor, though lacking in spice, but still doesn't beat Xian Famous Foods.
Andrew Chao: Love the thick noodles. The dry cumin noodles are spicy. You are warned. The Taiwanese beef is good but maybe a bit oily.

Louis Bitsko: This is some of the Best Value ramen in the city. Prices are great & it stands up quality-wise to other ramen options in the area.
Amy Chen: Omg. This ramen is actually perfect. You can tell that the chef puts a lot of detail on the playing because it's just so beautifully done. $9 for a massive bowl, its like a proportion for 2 people.
David Crawford: Fixed ramen menu. Early dinner.
