Jessica Kinlund: Hot tubs are reasonably priced and always quiet. A great place to go with someone you love.
Tess Bonoan: Very clean, quiet and relaxing. I personally love the sauna and combo (sauna+hot tub) for days when you just want some sun and lay out on the deck and have a view of the sky and trees. It's lovely!
Rally by Eventbrite: While not natural spring water, Piedmont Springs offers private, outdoor redwood hot tubs. Call ahead for a combination room with a private sauna, and spend the whole afternoon pruning yourself. Read more.
Ro: Despite the name: they have meat!! It's the only place I know to get meat + vegan dim sum with ease and peace of mind.
Ricky Shin: New vegetarian gem in Oakland. They are super nice, use fresh ingredients, and the restaurant itself is spotlessly clean. Check it out!
James Anthony: general tsao's chicken tastes like real chicken and is delicious!

Valentin Guerin: Try one of their cookies with your coffee and sit outside, so calm.
lorraine doo: Lovely latte and very cool staff. Get Dolly's donuts and cro's coffee!
John Bobeldyk: Order a toddy (cold brew coffee), doctor it with cream & simple syrup, and snag a glass of cool sparkling water directly from the faucet.
Rogelio Flores: Gran hotel en una zona muy tranquila de Berkeley. El room service es espectacular
Dominique Maraj: Take advantage of the spa, great fitness classes available and upgrade the room; the view is well worth it!
John Blaze: Head out on foot behind the club, go up stonewall street and take the fireroad to the top of Panoramic Hill. Breathtaking view of the bay and surrounding elements.
Kathleen N.: Horchata kettle corn, ftw! But you really can't go wrong with the other flavors. Sample away ☺️ They're super nice!
Jason Martin: Kettle Corn of course!
Kristine Hayes: The Oakland Mix is the best! It mixes savory with spicy. It's a great snack to bring to a party, but buy two bags: one for the party and one for you!
Jeremiah Maller: The Oakland History room on the top floor is a beautiful and quiet place to study.
Paul Hau: Children Library is fantastic! The staff is super helpful and friendly! Check out the special bundles for kids!
Jonno Norton: Great selection of non-American films. Snuggle up with a French romance, laugh and cry with a Japanese comedy, enjoy a middle-eastern documentary, or go out on a limb and grab something at random!
