Really good Burmese food. Not super traditional on purpose. Gives Superstar a run for its money. Easier to get into... for now. Try the Tea leaf salad with kale.

A pleasant grocery store experience. Perfect for commuters it's just two blocks from the Rockridge BART. Lots of parking, plenty of stock and a large space make for a great Trader Joes.

The breakfast is good pancakes hashbrowns , the yogurt breakfast The steak sandwich is very good you won't be disappointed

Great location at Jack London square. Busy place. Dark & mysterious inside reminds me of New Orleans. Didn't have anything special but the yogurt was a nice presentation
Crab Benedict and Bloody Mary's are excellent at this quirky little ex-brothel. Never too long of a wait, can get a little cramped inside but there's ample outdoor seating.
Used to be a brothel in the late 1800s. Now you can grab a nice Sunday brunch there!
@Arizmendi, try the in-house granola with oats, almonds, coconut, raisins and many other natural goodies finished with honey. I use it in yogurt, ice cream, as a cereal or just a yummy crunchy snack!
A local institution, pizza is a must try and grab a great pastry while you’re there!

Try the lattes, italian steamed eggs with olivetta, handmade yogurt and granola, or sandwiches and salads. The new owners are awesome, and really care about locally sourced and handmade foods.
Perfect little breakfast bites. The homemade jams, giant latte bowls and Eggs Benedict are all good but I think everything is good - it’s hard to choose
Ignore the negative tip, new owners are the friendliest people you'll ever meet! New lunch specials everyday - soup is always amazing. And they make the BEST chocolate chip cookies ever!!!

They have lots if tables, so this is the ideal place to study at! Their lattes are to die for! Their mushroom panini was bomb! Their cookies and yogurt with granola and fruit are yummy! 2 thumbs up!

The "Sweet Bar" cookies with chocolate are delicious. I also like the peppered turkey sandwich with extra cheddar. Organic, gluten free, and vegan preferences accommodated.
Picked up a flourless chocolate cake for a party that was rich, dense and incredibly tasty. It had caramel topping which made it even more brilliant. Only $20, great spot to pick up some desserts.
