I love hpb & spend a lot of money there but I was extremely disappointed in the poor customer service I experienced today. I wasn't greeted or spoken to during checkout and I spent $65, just today.
Only store in mall closed for weather. Mall packed. Roads clear everywhere. Ridiculous. 4 hour drive to take my daughter here for her birthday.
