We stay at 19th floor and has a fabulous view over the park, bed is comfy and room is very large but the location is inconvenience since the two closer metro station is approximately 1km away.
Rooms were big and bed/pillow was comfortable. Not neck or body aches at all (which I do experience at other hotels one way or another)!

Really clean and comfy bed as the room is too. Showers are great too. The whole structure is all new and well managed. And mostly the guys there are really nice and helpful.

Located at the edge of the castle park with a wonderful view from its windows. The hotel is very elagant and comfortable with a very friendly and helpful staff.

I've never had a bad experience here. Great service and amenities, convenient location. The renovated rooms are nice - lux but comfortable. Gym/pool/ bath/sauna close at 9:45 PM.

Lovely hotel. You need to carry your luggage to the room yourself. Close to JR, Supermarket, 7-11, max Value, Lawson.
Very nice hotel! Reasonably priced, clean, comfortable and close to metro. Room for two was very cozy. First floor also has vending machines and self service washing. Machines are good and modern.

A new hotel in Hommachi area, slightly far from the main Shinsaibashi/Namba area. The interior is quite decent and is definitely value for money

Good reconstructed castle. The interior is a nice museum, the best castle museum we went. Lots of food stalls around it.
Shogun Hideyoshi Toyotomi built Osaka Castle in the 16th century and loved gold so much that his furniture, weapons and armour were made from the precious metal. Even his tearoom glistened.
Hankyu line has the nicest train and the most comfortable seat + the friendliest staffs :*
