One of the best pho places I've tried in SD. The only drawback is that it's expensive and their portions are smaller than the other Vietnamese places I've tried.
Large pho (pronounced "foe") with shrimp and lean round steak...extra lime and make 1 circle of sriracha in your bowl... perfection!

Try the golden triangles and for desert fried banana with green tea ice cream not coconut, it's a taste bud sensation. It also has very nice ambiance complemented with good euro music.
