It's actually called El Mirasol, and is my fave Mexican in town! Great carnitas, enough for 2 people.
Maybe cause I love the mom and pop OG spots. The two worthy dishes are the porridge (complimentary) and date and lemongrass pork spring rolls. Everything else was meh.
Really good, tasty Vietnamese food!Lots of fresh, fragrant herbs. Special applause for the cold pork roll and the beef sesame skewers. Efficient service and laidback atmosphere. Nice jasmine iced tea

Calamari was crispy and tender, ribs had the perfect amount of spice, pork chop was sweet yet savory and the bread pudding was the best way to top it all off! I will come back to palm spring for trio!

Wow! It’s hard to find a great and authentic Mexican restaurant not serving yucky Cali-mex. Carnitas were perfect with cold micheladas. Nice spicy salsa.
Had the best tacos with lengua, sesos, and buche here. Enchiladas suizas are also to die for!

Carnitas and fish tacos are pricey but really good. Chilaquiles are fabulous and filling. Chef Salgado's reworked menu dramatically improves dining experience. Stumptown coffee also a plus.
Second time here and much improved! I’m in love with the dishes: pistachio mint pork ribs and the mushrooms (amazing green sauce). Absolutely stellar. The pb torte and banana caramel pies are superb.
El Jefe margarita and carnitas tacos were phenom.
The tacos and nachos are on point. Love the carne asada and pulled pork.
The Taco Tuesday/Thursday’s are great. Fish taco especially. Wl Jefe burger is also good, and don’t miss the margaritas!
Happy hour is from 3pm - 7pm. We had two beers, a mojito, onion rings, the little Cuban and pulled pork nachos for $30. A great way to try many things and fill up for cheap!

The carnitas and carne asada tacos are outstanding. The al pastor chicken was great, but in a taco was merely good (too many competing flavors). Fish taco is excellent, but gets soggy fast. Eat first!
