Great pain au chocolate. The lady that runs the place was friendly. I recommend buying your pastries and looking for a coffee shop as their coffee is not strong.

This is a fine bakery of traditional handcraft, I would say the best in this part of Paris, 10mn walk from rue du Vertbois... Worth it! Try le pain des amis, the pain au chocolat and the apple pie.
When in Paris.. you are simply obligated to try the famous croissants and pain au chocolat at least once. And trust us; this is the place to do it!
Best croissants. No competition. No seating here for retail (though there is a sit down restaurant) so get your pain au chocolat and take it to a nearby park.
Amazing sourdough that you can purchase by weight in slices. Still delicious after freezing. Didn't have a good experience with the pain au chocolat, found it way too dense
