La Duree is the classic macaron, but Pierre Herme is impressive flavor-wise. The olive oil + vanilla is my favorite (weird, I know), and their other desserts (rose croissant?!) are great too!

They are now having the limited edition of Thé Josephine. It's a perfect blend of tangerine, grapefruit, citrus, scented w/ jasmine flowers. Simply one of a kind.
