For starter, Carpaccio was delicious (with some ground black pepper). Had the spaghetti neri alla chitarra as a main - very very tasty!! Wish I had more time to try more, it all looked fantastic!
The pastas live up to the hype; we tried the daily meat ragu, a vegetable cheesse tortellini, and the clam spaghetti, all delicious and perfectly cooked. The two homemade pasta were the best.
Got a farro salad with beats and goat cheese, and an amazing special pasta dish with some kind of stewed beef and goat cheese as well, so so good.
Everything was delicious! Try the homemade butternut squash ravioli.. It's fab!

As someone who prides himself on being a rotisserie chicken connoisseur, the birds here are top notch. The whole wheat mac and cheese + chopped salad make for a great combo.

Green apple cinnamon ravioli with duck ragu is fantastic for those looking to explore, but the strozzapreti with sausage/fennel is the traditional plate that reminds you of home. Order both!
We had the beef pho, catfish tacos, and beef cubes on vermicelli. All were delicious and full of fresh veggies.
Definitely get the bahn xeo tacos -- a yuppified version of one of my fav foods. Opt for the pho and the banh mi! Skip the vermicelli.

The arugula salad is lovely with shaved parmesan. The lasagna comes out in a large portion with the pasta cooked just right.
