During the school year it kind of turns into a middle school lunch room around 12/1, but the coffee, space, and wifi is definitely worth the short-term annoyance.
They serve Stumptown here and make it well. Cool space and they allow laptops in certain areas - free WiFi though. But $14 for a 12oz bag of Stumptown is a little steep when other places charge $12.
They have almond and/or soy milk. Free wifi: FRIDAY13. Perfect place to sit after lunch at the farm :-)

Famous for their Brooklyn blackout cake, Ladybird also offers a variety of great cookies if you're not ready for the full chocolate experience. The ginger cookies are a highlight.
The triple chocolate Brooklyn Blackout cupcake felt more like Brooklyn knock-out. Even a chocolate lover like me couldn't eat chocolate in a couple if days after that. Lovely staff and cute place!
