Mario Moretto: This is my "classy" dinner choice for eating on the cheap. Delicious, filling bowls of Ramen run only $10. Appetizers are great too, but a little pricey if you're on a budget.

Eater: Portland's first Chinese dim sum restaurant mixes the traditional (steamed pork buns, wonton soup) with the creative (pastrami egg rolls, bacon fried rice) in a hip environment.
