I only had rolls here but they were all too wide to eat with chopsticks except Green Machine which happened to be the best roll there. The salmon cream cheese was delightful also.
Get a Green Machine and add albacore!
It's a small place with a small staff so it can take a while to get seated, but the food is worth the wait. The poki, spicy Thai, and spicy tuna rolls were excellent. The yakisoba was good as well.
Literally everything is so good. Takas tuna is special and different!

Soups and ramens are amazing. Tempura is fantastic. Atmosphere is warm and authentic.
Excellent sushi. Dinner combos are good. Also homemade udon noodles comma with excellent flavor.
Reading reviews had me excited for dinner. But, bite after tasteless bite, I just became more disappointed. Let's not even talk about the dirty teapot. Do they save the good stuff for their regulars?
Just had a late lunch there and found it to be a great place! Our server was very kind and attentive and respectful of our likes and wants. I'll go there again and often
The venerable Hashimoto is one of Portland's best, albeit unsung, sushi chefs.
We like Sho! It has a great menu and offers good prices. Plus you can watch sumo wrestling!
Fantastic food, super fresh and huge portions. Keep in mind you can only order once and that you may have to wait an hour or more if you don't get there before they open!
Best sushi in Portland, hands down! Expect a wait, but oh so worth it!! Texas size sushi at a great price!!
Sushi and sashimi is 2-3 times larger than your average sushi restaurant. Come hungry.
