Love coming here for all the drinks! Champagne cocktails, slushy drinks, cheap beers on draft. Great service and awesome vegan eats. Love that they bring out Sriracha with a food order.

Spicy Millet Burger Collard wrap…Fresh collards with a vegan (cooked) millet burger, raw cashew "mayo", raw macadamia nut cheez, fresh tomato, & "some like it hot" in house made sauerkraut.
Tried their bean bowls! The crack wheat gave a nice flavor and it tasted like fresh and clean home-cooked food. Can't wait to try the other things on the menu!
The Kentucky Buck (on tap!) is a fantastic BBQ accompaniment.

These guys have great food. Vegan friendly, but they also have omnivorous stuff.
Tater tot casserole = ultimate comfort food. I'd be happy with just that and the collards with pork.
The Coco Rico cocktail is amazing if you like coconut and there is nothing to top their BBQ tofu Po' Boy.
All the pizzas are amazing but save room for desert. My favorite is the salted caramel affagoto milkshake :)

Bartender Evan Zimmerman is behind the menu. The eight-item cocktail list features unexpected flavors like black truffle (in the "Lights Out") and campari seeped with cedar (in the "Pan-Am").
Late night reservations have the added perk of being able to take home a gratis loaf of bread from Roman Candle Bakery...just in case you aren't already full.
Cakes are amazing they even have good ice cream cake selections and always good berry-like fruity flavors all the way to the truffle chocolates. Also fresh watermelon lemonade during summertime = god
Get the chocolate cube--it's a chocolate monolith filled with mousse.
Killer dessert--Boccone Dolce (Swiss meringues drizzled with semi-sweet chocolate, layered with whipped cream and seasonal fruit)!
Kitchen burger for the win. Soft, sweet, amazing. Bacon wrapped date: truly unique, could eat them all day. Did a culinary tour of Portland and didn't expect the hotel restaurant to be in my top two.
