The coconut milk soup at Thai Sky is unbeatable. Generous Chicken Satay for $1 as well. Everything else there is forgettable
Khob Khun Thai food, el Cubo de Cuba, Korean Twist, La Jarochita, and Give Pizza a chance are my favorite carts in this pod! The Schnitzelwich @ Tabor is pretty damn good too!

Generous portion of Sesame Chicken & rice + plastic fork so you can eat it at work + inexpensive lunch prices = happiness. It's not on the lunch menu, but the Salt & Pepper Squid is also excellent.

Dim sum is amazing, also not on the menu but you can order chinese donuts. Be careful with groups larger than 4, it can be a long wait for the big tables in the back on weekends.
Pure Spice is notable for having dishes you can't find anywhere else in PDX. Try the beef roll, wrapped donut, pumpkin pancake, or brisket with rice noodle. Avoid the "American Favorites," though.
